Good Evening, Bryant Families,

Here are the messages from Bryant for this week.

Friday Emails. Classroom assignments and other information were shared in two separate emails on Friday afternoon. If you have not seen those emails, please look. If you can’t find them, call our office for help. They have a LOT of essential information.

Meet and Greet on Thursday. Schedule.

• 4:00-4:15 All staff introductions in the playground.
• 4:15: Playground doors open for access to the school.
• 4:15-5:30 families circulate, meet staff, socialize, drop off supplies, sign up for things, etc.
• 4:45 Short informational session in library: What is Montessori at Bryant?
• 5:00 Short informational session in library: How to help your child thrive at Bryant Montessori?
• 5:15 PTO distributions of otter pops in playground – not back in the school.
• 5:30 End of event.

Changes to Staff. Heidi Gallup will join us as our new Speech & Language Pathologist.

School meals

Tacoma Public Schools provides breakfast and lunch for every student enrolled at a school where meals are served. All students can have a complete breakfast and lunch without any need to qualify for free or reduced meals. 

School menus will be available soon.

A full school meal is available to your child, even if they bring food from home. They must select at least three meal components, including a fruit or vegetable, but they are welcome to take the complete meal if they choose.

Catching the bus

If your child plans to take the bus to school, please download our free transportation app, My Ride K-12 for bus stop location, route and pickup times. Your child’s bus route will be available by Aug. 27. 

Update information in ParentVUE.
