Good evening, Bryant Families,

It’s mid-August, and as I promised, I have some information for you.

• Teacher assignments. An email will go out shortly with the name of classroom teachers for elementary students and the name of community teachers for middle school students.
  • Middle school families, sometime next week you will be able to see your child’s full schedule on ParentVUE, and your child will be able to see the schedule on StudentVUE; we ask you to not accept these schedules as final until late next week.  
• Dates for your calendar. Pay for a district wall calendar here. Pick up in our office.
  • Office hours: 8-4 M-Th in August. M-F in September.
  • Meet and Greet: Thursday, August 28 at 4-5:30. We will start in the playground with short introductions of staff and a little information.
  • BNC Back to School Night: Tuesday, September 2 from 5-7 at the BNC. 
  • Children’s House conferences: Wed.-Fri., September 3-5. Families can sign up via teacher email or at Meet and Greet.
  • First day of School, grades 1-12: Wednesday, September 3. School starts at 8:40. Gates open at 8:25. Middle schoolers enter the cafeteria from Ainsworth St. Elementary students enter the playground at the gate on the corner of 7^th and Grant.
  • First one-hour late start: Wednesday, September 10.
  • First day of school for ECEAP: Thursday, September 11.
  • Middle School Camp: Wed.-Fri., September 24-26. Pay fees here. Contribute to the fees for others here.
  • Elementary School Curriculum Night: Thursday, September 25, 5:30-7.
