Beyond the Bell
Registration for Summer Beyond the Classroom & Club B Summer Academy opens April 29
Registration opens April 29 for programs available to TPS elementary and middle school students this summer. Programs are similar to Beyond the Bell and Club B – run by Metro Parks Tacoma in Tacoma’s schools.
Programs run weekly, Monday-Thursday, from July 1 to Aug. 8 (closed July 4 in observation of Independence Day). Families may pick the location that works best for them and must provide their own transportation.

Clubs, Activities, Sports, and Field Trips at Your School
Tacoma Public Schools and community partners have come together to offer Beyond the Bell activities for students in grades K-5 and Club B activities for students in grades 6-8. Login to your Compass: TPS Family App account and visit the activities page to see what options are available at your student's school.
Beyond the Bell activities take place at all of Tacoma’s elementary schools from 3:30-6 p.m., Monday-Friday.
Club B activities take place at all of Tacoma’s middle schools from 2:45-5 p.m., Monday-Thursday.
