Mt. Rainier Institute Overnight Outdoor School Program

Bryant Camp Rainier

Bryant Middle School students have the opportunity to attend the University of Washington's Mount Rainier Institute program in September 2022 to engage in science process skills, critical thinking, and adventures at Mount Rainier National Park. Spending time outside immersed in nature helps students have hands-on learning experiences, develop a greater appreciation for the outdoors, and foster positive relationships within school communities.

This experience will also strengthen our Bryant Middle School community as we transition to a different location and return to multi-age level learning.

Dates

Students will attend for four days and three nights in September 2022. Due to space availability, students will either attend September 12-15 or September 19-22. We will share more details about dates before September.

Cost

We do not want cost to be a barrier for any student.

You can choose to pay $165 or $100 and you don't have to pay it all at once, a payment plan of smaller amounts can be arranged through the office. If none of these options work for your family, that doesn't mean your student cannot go. Please reach out to our main office to discuss options.

Help Other Students Participate

You can help other students come on the trip by providing an additional donation.
